Key skills and competencies:
- Diploma in electrical/plumbing/ Wood work/Masonry
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience preferably in hospitality industry
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- Good organizational skills.
- Age: 30 years-40 years
